Sound massage addresses hearing and feeling in equal measure. The harmonious sounds calm the mind. The fine vibrations emanating from the sounding and thus vibrating singing bowl gradually spread through the body. A pleasant relaxation sets in quickly. Feelings of safety and security emerge - ideal conditions for regeneration, for promoting health, for problem solving and learning. In this soothing atmosphere, contact with one's own needs, one's own "inner wisdom" is possible again. The body is experienced in a pleasant, beneficial way and consciously - perhaps for the first time in a long time! With its relaxing, as well as harmonizing and vitalizing effect, sound massage can make a valuable contribution to strengthening health and form the basis for creating a joyful, self-determined and creative life.

The positive effects of sound massage on stress processing and the feeling of well-being with and in one's own body (body image) were proven in 2009 by a study of the European Association of Sound Massage Therapy e.V. in cooperation with the Institute Dr. Tanja Grotz. Every sound massage and sound experience is unique and can be individually very different. This is also an important insight that is reflected and supervised in our seminars as a practical experience. Requirements for obtaining the Peter Hess Sound Massage Practitioner certificate - Completion of the complete seminars Sound Massage I-IV, after which all participants will receive a certificate documenting permission to use Peter Hess Sound Massage in a professional setting. - Participation in the final seminar (online or presence) - three training sound massages by specially trained sound massage practitioners - Application of at least 3 documented sound massages. The documentation is submitted and reflected upon in the final seminar. - Afterwards, all participants who have fulfilled the extended requirements will receive a certificate with the professional title of Peter Hess Sound Massage Practitioner.

Basic Trust Natur Rituals

Enjoying dreamlike sunsets, experiencing the beach from time to time and a mountain hike followed by dancing and eating in the mountains, our retreat program is something to be proud of.

A gentle hike to a wonderful ritual place where we will linger in gong sounds right by the sea and four meals together in special taverns that get their vegetables from the surrounding or own farms you will be able to experience. Costs under the link: Travel and Hotel.

The seminar will be a few days longer. You have only 2 days seminar and then again one day island experiences. Also on the seminar days you have a long lunch break. So you can really enjoy and go home well rested with many inspirations for your life and your profession. If you bring your partner or family, they can also participate in the retreat.
